Description
A character with medical training can attempt to treat wounds during a long rest. This requires a Medicine skill check (or Wits check if untrained) against a DC of 15 + Prime Level. When using this action, the standard long rest healing (1 Wound) does not occur, unless the healer achieves an Extreme Success.
Results
- Extreme Success: 1 Extreme Wound is removed after the next long rest, and also 1 Wound.
- Success: 1 Extreme Wound is removed after the next long rest.
- Failure: Nothing happens.
- Extreme Failure: The character gains 1 Wound.
Notes
- This action is performed during a long rest and replaces the standard 1 Wound healing for that rest.
- The DC scales with the character's Prime Level, making it more challenging for higher-level characters.
