Paralyzed

You are completely immobilized and unable to move or act. Your muscles have frozen or been locked in place, rendering you helpless until the effect ends or you break free.

Effects:

• You cannot take any actions or reactions.
• You cannot move in any way.
• You cannot add your Agility modifier to your AC.
• You are helpless and cannot defend yourself effectively. Enemies have advantage on attack rolls against you.
• You treat all Might and Agility saving throws as Extreme Failures.

Note: Some effects that cause Paralyzed may also specify that time does not pass for you (such as temporal stasis), meaning conditions, ongoing effects, and durations do not progress while Paralyzed.
