Effect

You create a 20-foot radius field of disruptive energy centered on a point within range. Any creature that enters or starts their turn in the field must make an Endurance saving throw against your Gadget Tuning DC. The effect depends on their result:

Electronic devices, energy weapons, and powered armor within the field malfunction. Creatures must make the saving throw each time they enter or start their turn in the field.
