Effect

You create a 30-foot radius field of stabilized reality centered on a point within range. While active:

• Teleportation and dimensional travel effects fail automatically within the field
• Creatures cannot become incorporeal or phase through matter
• Illusions and phantasmal effects are suppressed
• All creatures in the field have advantage on saving throws against abilities that manipulate time, space, or reality

The anchor has 30 + Gadget Tuning rank HP. When reduced to 0 HP, the effect ends.
