Effect

Target a creature within range. That creature must make an Endurance saving throw against your Gadget Tuning DC. The effect depends on their result:

• Extreme Success: The creature is unaffected.
• Success: The creature is Staggered 2 for 1 round.
• Failure: The creature is Paralyzed for 1 round, then Staggered 2 for 1 minute. At the end of each of their turns, they can attempt a new Endurance saving throw to end the Staggered effect.
• Extreme Failure: The creature is Paralyzed for 1 minute. At the end of each of their turns, they can attempt a new Endurance saving throw to end the effect.
